For young ones to develop their potential to the fullest, the first bold step towards actualizing this vision was the introduction of Montessori Method of Education for teaching and learning which is more effective and result oriented than the conventional method of education.

At El-Shaddai school, we have been working tirelessly committing time, material, and human resources to actualizing our vision.

Today, all these efforts have crystallized into the recognition of the school from far and near. The School is determined to produce graduates who combine Godliness with a strong sense of ethical responsibility.

We are ready to provide high quality, morally sound and socially relevant education for self-reliance to all our students irrespective of gender, colour, ethnicity, or religion.

Read Proprietress's Profile

Mrs. Oladimeji started her education career in 1970. She had her primary school leaving certificate in 1975 then proceeded for her West Africa school certificate in 1982 with 3 distinction and 3 credits.
She studied Education/Geography at the University of Ibadan, between 1987 and 1990 where she graduated with a Second-Class Upper division (2:1) honors upper division. She was engaged in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) between 1990 and 1991 after which she taught in several private schools (both conventional and Montessori Method of teaching) to gain practical experiences for the running of a private school.

Having compared the effectiveness of the two methods of impacting knowledge to young ones, she opted for the Montessori Method to run her own school which was established in September 1994. Nevertheless, knowledge gained in convectional schools is applied occasionally to drive some points home in teaching/learning process in the school. She trains teachers and test their knowledge during workshops before they are fully employed to classroom.

After the full establishment of the school and active growth was sustained, she proceeded to acquire her master’s degree in Educational Management from where she obtained her bachelor’s degree (University of Ibadan) in 2004.

In order to keep abreast of time, she attends both national and international workshops and seminars. Among those attended so far include those organized by publishing companies of Nigeria, Nigeria Association of Proprietors of private schools (NAPPS) and OMEP World, etc.
She in return organizes seminars and workshop twice every session for her teachers and proprietress of Montessori schools.

Mrs. Oladimeji is always known for her innovative and dynamic nature to every child’s future. Her diligence and foresight inspired her to research into the factors responsible for slow learning in some children and she discover ‘inability to read and comprehend’ as the main clog in the wheel of effective assimilation. To solve this problem, she wrote a book titled ”READING MADE EASY”, made up of book 1-3 with teachers/Parents’ guide. She has written many other educational books in English and Yoruba languages, some of which were adopted by the Osun State Ministry of Education for school use.
